Case Study

The Client:  Charleston CEC Recruiter

This was another project my Recruiter asked me to create. It’s a flyer that she could hand out at job fairs and other events we sponsored. This also includes images of our employees and provided some great benefits a potential employee would want to know. This project demonstrates my ability to adhere to branding guidelines while making someone’s vision a reality.

Target Audience:

The target audience is individuals between the ages of 16-55 who are looking for a career with great potential for promotion and growth.

The Problem:

After a 2 year pandemic, we were just starting to get back to the site but had room to add more employees to our frontline. The recruiter wanted something she could pass out at job fairs and any events she'd be attending that followed branding guidelines but was still personalized for the CEC.

Media Pieces:

  1. A flyer that could be printed and passed out at any job fairs or other events that our Recruiter would be attending.

  2. A digital version that could be posted on the Recruiter's LinkedIn page along with a link to apply on the careers page.

Design Process:

My design process was to come up with some collateral that the Recruiter could pass out and post that highlights job benefits that would attract top talent for positions within the Charleston CEC. It was crucial to follow branding guidelines for the organization and the use images from events in the site that presented our employees. I created a design that did both and met the needs of the recruiter.
