Case Study

The Client:  T-Mobile's Charleston CEC Recruiter

The client is wanting a poster that can be printed out to take along to recruiting events and also displayed along the side of River's Ave. 

 

Target Audience:

The target audience is individuals between the ages of 16-55 who are looking for a new career. The desired individuals are driven and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. 

 

The Problem:

The Charleston CEC Recruiter needed some updated signage to post outside of the site along Rivers Ave and another copy that could be taken and put up at recruiting events. The recruiter needed the design to follow branding guidelines but also wanted to include images of our local employees. 

 

Media Pieces:

  1. A 5x5 poster design that could be printed out for recruiting events and posting along side Rivers Ave. 

 

Design Process:

This project was for my Recruiting team to post on their LinkedIn account and any other social media sites they had. I was asked to create it including images of our site employees with the information the Recruiter was wanting to convey. With corporate projects, it’s extremely important to follow branding guidelines. This project demonstrates my ability to stay within branding guidelines and be creative.
